Succulently marinated pork grilled with an expert touch

It all begins with carefully selecting of the right cut of meat from the best of producers. The meat is then marinated in a “tare” sauce that consists of soy, ginger, garlic, and other spices. During cooking, the surface of the meat is brushed with that same sumptuous marinade. The end result is an utterly exceptional gustatory experience characterised by the tenderness of the grilled pork and enriched by its depth of flavour. The excess fat dissolves during the cooking process, leaving behind a nearly exquisite balance of textures coupled with a smooth, gourmet mouthfeel enhanced by delicate seasoning. Carefully vacuum-packed and wrapped in a very elegant package, this appetizing grilled pork preparation is convenient and easy-to-use in steamed dishes. The product may even be left in its original packaging sleeve when heated through direct immersion in boiling water or in a microwave.

Notwithstanding the above-listed culinary uses, the Butabara Turusi Yakibuta also makes an excellent addition to delicious grilled dishes. Ideally served as a side to a rice bowl containing pork spiced with sansho pepper, the Butabara Turusi Yakibuta can also be incorporated in a variety of other appetizing preparations. It exudes a characteristic sensation of freshness which essentially results from its remarkably precise manufacturing process.
